As part of the information that I create for the WordTips website and newsletter, I also create videos that end up on the WordTips YouTube channel. I generally publish two videos each week, presenting “how to” information for working with Microsoft Word.
Every year I compile all of the videos published during the last year into what I call a WordTips Videos Collection.
A WordTips Videos Collection is more than a simple compilation, however. Every video has been re-mastered into a high-quality HD format. Those familiar with YouTube videos understand there is very often a “call to action,” which involves inviting viewers to like the video and subscribe to the channel. During the re-mastering, the “call to action” is also removed from each video, allowing them to stand on their own as a valuable video lesson.
Plus, every WordTips Videos Collection includes a very handy e-book that provides a lightly edited transcript for each video, plus everything is organized by topic. The transcripts are provided in both Word and PDF formats, so they are easy to read, easy to search, and easy to use as an index to the actual videos.
A Sample Video
To give you a taste for how I present information in the videos in this collection, I want to share one of them with you. Below is a video entitled “Editing with the Spike,” in which you discover how to access a rather esoteric editing tool within the program. (Hint: You may want to maximize the video so it fills your screen. I often find this helpful when viewing how-to videos.)
I hope that gives you an idea of how I present material—I try to be clear, concise, and complete when discussing any particular topic.
YouTube? Really?
YouTube is a great platform for presenting information, but there are drawbacks. Everyone who uses YouTube is familiar with how difficult it is to find information, the fact that you are interrupted by advertisements (sometimes quite often), and the quality of the video streaming is dependent on factors often out of your control.
Those drawbacks are the reason I make the WordTips Videos Collections available. Each collection puts the videos in your personal reference library, doesn’t require you to be online, is free of advertisements, and is organized in ways very difficult on YouTube. Plus, because you receive the collection on a USB 3.2 flash drive, the videos are yours to view as often as you want, in any way that you want.
Categories and Titles
There are currently two WordTips Videos Collections available—one for 2024 and one for 2025. The videos in each collection are organized by topic. Here is a complete listing of all the videos available in each collection:

The WordTips Videos 2024 Collection includes 104 videos (over 8 hours) and the WordTips Videos 2025 Collection has 105 videos (7 hours). These valuable videos can help you understand and use Word better than ever!
What You Get
If you choose to purchase a WordTips Videos Collection, I send to to you on a USB 3.2 flash drive that contains all the videos and the e-book containing the transcripts, in both Word and PDF format. I am not offering this through streaming, as I figure you can stream the videos through YouTube, if you prefer. (Of course, you get the YouTube drawbacks previously mentioned.)
With the USB 3.2 flash drive in hand, you can copy the videos to your home computer or work computer so you can view them at any time. (You cannot, however, copy them to a company or department network. These videos are for individual use, not company use.) That way you can access them at any time you want to freshen up on your Word skills.
The Price for this Valuable Resource?
Normally, the WordTips Video Collections retail for $99 each. Through March 18, you can grab either collection for only $69 (30% off the regular price). If you purchase BOTH collections (2024 & 2025), you can do so for only $128 (35% off the regular price). That’s an amazing offer!
These high-quality HD videos are not time-restricted in any way. You can watch them as many times as you want, whenever you want. As long as you safeguard the files—in other words, you don’t delete them and don’t lose the USB 3.2 flash drive—you’ll always have access to the videos.
Before placing your order, make sure you review and understand the “Important Ordering Notes” at the bottom of this page.
I’ve spent an immense amount of time and resources to put together the WordTips Videos Collections. I’m sure you’ll agree that the collections are a valuable addition to your own reference library.

Important Ordering Notes
WordTips Videos Collections are a physical product that I ship to you. It is not downloadable, nor is it streamed. Even though I need to send it to you, I do not charge for shipping. The price mentioned above includes shipping, anywhere in the world. Orders are shipped via US Mail and, if you are outside the United States, are delivered by your local postal service. I can control how quickly I get your order handed over to the postal service, but I cannot control how quickly it gets to you once I do hand it over.
If you live in a European Union (EU) country, please do NOT order a WordTips Videos Collection. Your order will go through, but I will need to then cancel the order. The reason is simple: The EU requires the procurement of a special shipping license (for the lack of a better term) that makes it onerous and economically untenable for a small company such as mine to ship physical products into EU countries. I apologize for the necessity of this restriction.
If you live in a country that imposes value-added taxes (VAT), you will need to pay the VAT when the order is delivered to you. I do not collect VAT at the time of ordering, nor is the VAT included in your purchase price.
Again, if you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me (allen@sharonparq.com) and I’ll get you helped out as quickly as I can.
